In what is definitely the first of its kind lawsuit, a Pennsylvania lawyer is suing the makers of the Second Life MMO for unfairly confiscating over $8000 dollard worth of virtual items. Marc Bragg of West Chester, Pennsylvania, says game developer Linden Lab unilaterally shut down his Second Life account, cutting off his access to a substantial portfolio of real estate and currency in the virtual world. He's demanding $8,000 in restitution. Keep an eye on this one, folks. (Thanks, Hsp)

The official Magic Online website has information on the Dissention booster pack card set release. Once the set hits its release date on May 30, it becomes legally usable online as well.
