SEED MMO Calls It Quits, No More Funds, No More SEED > |

It seems that our friends over at Runestone have officially reached the end of the road with their Seed MMO game. They were unable to secure a publisher or a source of more funds, so the game will cease operation. There will be a goodbye ceremony on October 1. It is always sad to see an MMO fail, but in this day and age where everyone around wants to get a peice of the MMO pie, the coming MMO culling is inevitable. We wish all the players and staff at Runestone the best of luck, and remind them that without the efforts of small companies like Runestone, there would be no MMO genre at all.
