Issue 8: To Protect and Serve, the eighth upcoming free expansion since the launch of City of Heroes in April 2004, introduces a host of innovative features, gameplay improvements and player programs. It's the Heroes' turn to take back the streets! Issue 8 is currently available on the Training Room and will be available on the live servers in the near future. Check out the movie at the website.
