The latest Team Lead feature is posted over at the official Dark Age of Camelot website.

The Team Lead Reports are a collaboration between the Team Leads, the Community Team, and the Development Team. Each item is read aloud in a meeting with a select group of people including the producer of Dark Age of Camelot, a balance developer, and community team members, among others. We try to address each request fairly and honestly, and we're committed to following through on our replies. This includes 'Under Discussion' items, which denotes things that, at a glance, we'd like to do, but the items require further investigation before a final decision can be made.
