IOn a move that has been a long time coming for MMO games, SOE now includes an in-game web browser for EQ2. How cool is that?

With the release of Game Update #32 at the end of February, EQII was enhanced with the inclusion of a web browser that worked within the confines of the game. This provided an immediate benefit for those who interacted with our Customer Service websites, but also opened up a whole new level of convenience for people who wanted to know more about the quest they were working on. The in-game browser also gave the EQII mod community a new toy to play with and add on to.

The latest installment of the EQ2 Treasure Chest is now available over at the official website. This time around, the post has some EQ2 official forum gems, check it out.

A new article is posted over at the official Everquest website. The feature, entitled "Tip of the Week – EQPlayers Character Images" deals with some of the common player image questions.
