The upcoming DAoC Roundtable event now has a keynote speaker, fantasy author R.A. Salvatore. Salvatore is a well known author in the realm of arcana, most famous for his work on Icewind Dale.

EA sent out this press release, announcing that Mythic is working on a new Dark Age of Camelot expansion pack called Labyrinth of the Minotaur. The expansion will be released later this year, for more info click read more.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS) announced today Labyrinth of the Minotaur, the seventh expansion to the epic fantasy MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. Currently in development at EA Mythic (formerly Mythic Entertainment), the expansion is scheduled to ship in the US in late 2006 for the PC.
