Keith Rekoske, one of the in-game Game Masters for SOE's Star Wars Galaxies. Keith has been on board since before the first retail launch, and he has some good info to share with us all.

A new post is available over at the official SOE website. It is basically a backrounder on the Eve of Erollsis event that is coming to the world of EQ2 real soon. Servers will be taken down at some point today to facilitate the addition of the event's items, quests, and info.

At the D.I.C.E. Summit today, Sony Pictures Entertainment Vice Chairman and Sony Pictures Digital president Yair Landau delivered a speech that revealed the new SOE MMO game that is in the works. The as yet unnamed title will be a spy-themed game, and it will likely not be ready until late 2008.

It seems that the Station Exchange experiment from Sony is a success. The SOE-sponsored auction site handled over 1.87 million worth of transactions in its first year of operation.

The daily restart time for the Vanguard SOH servers has been change to 4am PST. Just an FYI folks, make sure to logout.
